Morgan began her creative career as a fashion designer, where she designed luxury women's outerwear, knitwear and sportswear. Her collections showcased an exquisite blend of form, functionality, and innovation. As Morgan’s expertise within the fashion industry grew, she sought out additional avenues to expand her creativity within the world of fashion. This brought her into the creative side of branding, where she works on campaigns for various fashion and lifestyle companies, styling wardrobe and designing sets for photoshoots. She subsequently delved into film and television, where Morgan took on various roles in the wardrobe department. She has since worked in both costume and set design, and is a proud member of the 764 IATSE union. 

Alongside her endeavors in the fashion, photoshoot, film and television industries, Morgan has worked with a multitude of commercial and small business clients as a tailor, prop stylist, fashion stylist and set designer. Collaborating with diverse, modern brands, she’s crafted compelling visual narratives that align with their brand identities.

In 2020, she embarked on a solo venture–Merkins by Morgan. This passion project emerged as a challenge to the greenwashing of the fashion industry by transforming discarded materials into remarkable, and truly sustainable, accessories. While questioning fashion norms for style, and adding some humor back into how we adorn ourselves.
